Brahma Anandam is the story that follows Brahma (Raja Goutham) and his grandfather Ananda Ram Murthy (Brahmanandam). Brahma is a struggling theatre artist. He spends his life looking for a break in his career. He also has a lot of debt and an unpleasant family history. He lives along with his loyal but sarcastic friend Giri (Vennela Kishore). Finally, Brahma gets an opportunity to stage a prestigious play, but he needs six lakh rupees to fund the play. He tries hard to arrange for that money. In that quest, he reconnects with his grandfather Murthy, who lives in an old-age home. Murthy agrees to provide the funds on one condition: Brahma must accompany him to their ancestral village, Burradupalem. Brahma thinks this is a simple transaction for him. He never expected this journey to be life transforming. Upon reaching the village, he is hit with a shocking revelation — his grandfather isn't there just for nostalgia; he is there to reunite with his long-lost love, Jyothi (Talluri Rameswari). On the other hand, Brahma manages his own complicated relationship with Tara (Priya Vadlamani). He is forced to deal with his own selfishness and the loneliness of the elderly.
