Avinash (Fahadh Faasil) is the marketing head of a big cigarette company. He wants to quit his job because he knows smoking harms people. While driving with his wife Diya (Aparna Balamurali), they are attacked and wake up on a deserted hill. Their car explodes, and Avinash carries Diya to an abandoned shed. A mysterious voice on the phone orders Avinash to deliver money to specific locations to save Diya, who has a bomb planted in her throat. The story alternates between the present and flashbacks, showing Avinash’s rise within the company. In the past, Avinash meets Diya at a roadside eatery, and they fall in love. His friend Sid (Roshan Mathew), the company’s managing director, hires Avinash for his innovative marketing ideas, which boost cigarette sales. Sid’s uncle Praveen (Vineeth) dislikes Avinash for rejecting his business plans. Back in the present, Avinash follows the caller’s orders, running around the city to find the person behind the attack. The attacker’s motive is linked to Avinash’s marketing, which caused harm to the attacker’s family through smoking.
