Sreenu, Athreya, and Arudra work in the film industry and share a penthouse. After their movie "Geetanjali" does well, Sreenu faces many failures at the box office. He decides to leave the industry after his friend Ayan betrays him by falsely claiming to be a rising star. Sreenu's luck changes when Vishnu, Govinda's boss, offers him a chance to direct a horror comedy, but Ayan must play the lead role. At the same time, ventriloquist Venkat Rao learns that Geetanjali is trapped in a doll by a Babaji because she killed an HR for harassment. Geetanjali wants Venkat to find her sister Ushanjali, who runs a struggling coffee shop in Ooty. Filmmakers then ask Vishnu for a location, and he gives them a haunted bungalow called Sangeeth Mahal for shooting. They don’t know that three ghosts—Nataraja Sastry, Lakshmi, and their daughter Mohini, all victims of tragic honour killings—live there. As they film in the bungalow, the crew experiences strange occurrences. Sreenu and his team try to convince everyone they are acting like their characters. The plot of “Geetanjali Malli Vanchindi” thickens when they discover Vishnu’s true motives—he is Ramesh Rao's son, seeking revenge using Geetanjali and the ghosts. A serious secret comes out when Sreenu tells Ushanjali about Ramesh's plans, and they go to his home for important documents, where they uncover shocking truths. The end is nearing without a clear outcome about what will happen. The entire group's survival remains tied to Venkat Rao's mysterious doll. The nature of Geetanjali's motives continues to remain unclear. The story reaches a peak of suspense because no one knows what fate will bring.
