In Pakistan, a man (Dhruva Sarja) wakes up with no memory. He's been injected with drugs that make him aggressive. He is captured and put in prison. He escapes with help from locals, including a child who sells lollipops, a weapons dealer, and an ally named Regina. As he slowly gets his memory back, he discovers he is Arjun Saxena, an IRS officer. His mission is to catch Martin, a ruthless international crime lord known for killing people with a shot to their left eye. Regina is killed by Martin, making the situation even more dangerous. Arjun contacts his friend, Parashuram IPS, and learns that Martin is targeting him too. Arjun travels to Mumbai by cargo boat. He is ambushed at Andheri Railway Junction, where Parashuram is killed. Arjun warns his MMA fighter friend Vivek, but Martin murders him as well. Arjun reunites with his friend Sathya and Sathya's fiancée, Preeti, in Mangalore. Arjun learns that Preeti is also a target of Martin. Using her as bait, Arjun and Sathya fight off attackers. Then, a shocking twist reveals that Arjun and Martin look exactly alike. Arjun falls into a 15-day coma. He is cared for by Shabnam, who was Regina's friend and an undercover officer. Arjun regains his memory, accidentally injuring Sathya in the process.
