



The plot of Paramasivan Fathima is set in the rival hill villages of Subramaniapuram (Hindu-majority) and Yokopuram (Christian-majority). The story follows childhood friends Paramasivan (Vemal) and Fathima (Chayadevi). Paramasivan and Fathima fall in love, and their bond deepens. However, they face a lot of pressure from their communities. The tension increases when the Fathima's father dies and he had wished for a Hindu burial. This aspect creates a violent conflict within the villages. When the couple tries to elope, they are murdered. Soon after, a series of unexplained and gruesome killings happen in both the villages. The brides and grooms of the villages are targeted. Inspector Ramasamy and his team is assigned to investigate these murders. They try hard but do not find any logical motive behind the killings.
