In a bustling city, Rachit Ram (Raj Tarun), a wealthy young man, returns from London after completing his studies. His father, Aditya Ram (Murali Sharma), plans for him to become the CEO of their huge company, Parasuram Group. However, Vasundhara (Ramya Krishnan), a powerful shareholder and his aunt, doesn't agree. She points to a company rule: a CEO must live like an ordinary person for 100 days to prove their worthiness. Determined to get his position, Rachit accepts the challenge. He moves to a small village near Rajahmundry, leaving his fancy life behind. In the village, Rachit, now known as Ramu, finds it difficult to live simply without money or special treatment. He finds a place to stay at a flower farm run by Ammulu (Hasini Sudhir). She is a kind and lively young woman. As Ramu gets used to village life, he faces local problems, such as disputes over land and resources. Slowly, he earns the villagers' respect with his honesty and strong will. A romance starts between Ramu and Ammulu, bringing warmth to his journey. But his aunt and cousin are working against him. They try to ruin his efforts, creating problems that hinder his success and ultimately lead to his failure in the challenge. As the 100 days pass, Ramu faces his own doubts and dangers from outside, including a crisis that tests his leadership. The story builds to an exciting ending, revealing if Ramu can overcome the challenges, earn the villagers' trust, and become CEO. Overall, Purushothamudu is a good movie to enjoy with family.
