Yugi is a Tamil crime thriller. The story follows Karthika (Anandhi). She disappears suddenly, and her friends file a missing person case. A police detective, Nandakumar (Narain), starts looking for her. At first, it seems like a simple missing person case. However, over time, the investigation quickly becomes much more complicated. As Nandakumar and his team dig deeper, they find out that Karthika’s life was full of secrets. They find out that she was trapped in a dangerous world of money, power, and illegal activities. Every clue they find reveals more corruption and lies hidden behind her disappearance. At the same time, another man named Sethu (Natarajan Subramaniam) is also investigating the case from a different side. Eventually, both of their paths lead to the same dark truth. Their investigations unleash the fact that Karthika was a victim of greedy and influential people in society who used her for their own gain. These people used their money and influence to trap her, making the search very challenging for the cops. As the story unfolds, Nandakumar puts all the pieces together to discover a big conspiracy.
